Usually our MOQ is 20 to 30 rolls, but for different products the MOQ is different. If stock is available, MOQ can be as low as 1 roll.

What is your product warranty?

All our products include remote technical support and maintenance. If no special request is made, the warranty period is 6 months from the delivery date. For VIP customers, the warranty is 12 months from the delivery date.

What do we do after the proforma invoice is confirmed?

Please arrange payment to our bank account directly according to the proforma invoice. After payment is made, please provide us your transfer copy. After our finance department confirms receipt, we will arrange production immediately.

We accept T/T (Bank Transfer) and Western Union. For T/T, we require 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment. For Western Union, full payment is required before production.

What means of transportation is most suitable for your products?

For sign materials, which are heavy and large in volume, sea shipping is the best choice for international business. Express or air freight costs are significantly higher and may not be cost-effective for bulk orders.

What order value do you suggest for sea shipping?

You can ship by sea at any order value, but if the order value is too small, the sea freight and handling costs may be disproportionately high. We suggest sea shipping for orders over USD 3,000 or more.

Can I ship my orders using my own freight forwarder?

Of course, you can use your own forwarder. Just provide us with their contact details and we will coordinate directly.

How can I find out the ocean freight to my country?

For FCL (Full Container Load) orders, please contact our sales representative to enquire about freight directly. For LCL (Less than Container Load) orders, fix your quantity first, identify the nearest seaport to you, then contact our sales team. We will calculate the total gross weight, net weight, CBM, and ocean freight for you.

Are there any other costs besides ocean freight?

Our price is usually quoted FOB Shanghai/Ningbo. If we arrange shipping for you, you pay us the sea freight. At your destination port, there will be import duty, handling charges, documentary fees, and inland transportation costs. We recommend checking with a local customs agent if you are importing for the first time.
